She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College, CUNY. She is a Poet, an Essayist and a Writer. In Ghana, she attended Kwadaso Agricultural College after her secondary school education at Sekondi College and holds a Diploma in Agricultural and Food Sciences.
As an entrepreneur, she is a Licensed Life Insurance Agent and a Broker. She writes inspirational poetry and essays with an African flavor. She is a mother of three children and a grandmother. She believes in the "yes I can do it spirit". Her philosophy is, 'Live your dreams and just don't dream dreams of dreams. Please turn your dreams into doable deeds'. If one has a problem and the person keeps talking about the problem without finding a solution to the problem, then, that person really has a problem.
Yes, there have been obstacles, which she has turned into challenges to bring forth her works - she calls them accomplishments. Yes, there were those who never thought she could stand alone to fight all the negativity around her.
According to Ms. Kwofi, each human person is sent into the universe with a mission. Each one of us is a messenger charged with a purpose to deliver. However, many of us go back into eternity without accomplishing our purpose here on earth. She enjoys life to the fullest, for she believes, that, life is a journey here on earth and she is just passing through. She tells people that she is a 'walking poetry' based on her quick and witty responses to situations, which most people would just frown on and walk away from.
